With over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, the Costello family have been lovers of New York–style pizza and, by combining this with a passion for all things culinary, decided to dig a little deeper.

After many trips back and forth to New York—meeting countless pizza purveyors, and studying and perfecting the science that is New York–style pizza—we identified a gap in the Limerick market for this concept.

We believe the time is now right to launch Locke Pizza to the people of Limerick.

We cannot wait to welcome everyone for sit-in dining or takeaway.
