"We wanted to bring a piece of Brooklyn to Limerick," says Richard, co-founder of Locke Pizza. "After countless trips to New York, we fell in love with the authentic, no-frish pizza joints that dot the streets of NYC. We knew we had to bring that same magic to our hometown.
